The Magna Quake Anniversary Town Hall meeting, live tonight at 7:30 PM on the Be Ready Utah YouTube page, will provide valuable earthquake related info from a variety of Utah earthquake and emergency preparation experts. Hear from, and ask questions to, experts from Utah Geologic Survey, U of U Seismograph Stations, Utah Strong Recovery Program and Utah Division of Emergency Management's Earthquake Program and Be Ready Utah.
It's been a year since the Magna Earthquake. What were the impacts? What did we learn from it? How should we prepare mentally and physically for the next one?
The best time to prepare for an earthquake is before it happens. A beneficial way to prepare is to participate in The Great Utah Shakeout on April 15th.
