If any employee exemplifies outstanding service that supports the mission, vision, values, and culture that Herriman City strives for, it is Lori Crisp. Recently, we were contacted by a customer who said “Oh my goodness! I have never received such wonderful, warm, and friendly service from a government employee. Lori was so pleasant and attentive, a true pleasure to interact with.” Lori is a true asset to Herriman City. Serving in the Customer Service Department, she interacts with the public on a daily basis, attending to the needs as well as the frustrations of our community. Lori’s level of service is consistently outstanding which is proven in her ability to maintain a positive composure on even the most stressful of days. We appreciate Lori for her exceptional performance and her inspiring contribution to making our city great.
