The Hungry Herriman food truck roundup is a popular gathering point at Crane Plaza (5355 W Herriman Main St) for friends and family to get some grub and hang out. It is held Monday evenings from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. throughout the spring, summer, and fall.
During 2024, the roundup will run from April 22 - October 7.
