  • Review and consider a proposed fourth amendment to the Rosecrest Amended and Restated Master Development Agreement (ARMDA) to reduce the project acreage from ±1,082.12 to ±254.6, and reduce the maximum dwelling units from 4,288 to 321, which is an average gross density of ±1.26 dwelling units per acre, for property located approximately at 15310 S Mountain View Corridor Highway and zoned R-2-15 Multi Family Residential, R-1-15 Single Family Residential, and FR-2.5 Forestry Recreation.

Request for Bids, Proposals, and Qualifications




Recently Approved Ordinances

2024-20: Ordinance approving an amendment to Title 9 of the Herriman City Code and adopting, therewith, amended and restated engineering standards.

2024-21: Ordinance amending Herriman City Code Title 10 for consistency with provisions in Title 3, Business and License Regulations, and Title 5, Public Safety, to regulate the location, number and licensing of animals.

2024-22: Ordinance repealing and replacing Herriman City Code Title 7, Chapter 7, Special Event Permits.




Surplus Items

Vehicles and equipment will be disposed of in a manner that will maximize resale value and minimize surplus time.  As vehicles and equipment are approved for surplus, value will be established.  Herriman City will then post the surplus vehicles or equipment for sale.  Bids are then submitted in a closed bid form. Generally, bids will be awarded to the highest bid and to get the best return for the City.  All vehicles and equipment are sold in an “as is” “where is” “it is” in all respects without any warranty of any kind.
