The Parks Department provides and maintains quality parks, facilities, trails, and open spaces. It offers enriching recreational facilities for people of all ages and abilities.

Drought

In response to the statewide emergency declaration for the 2021 drought, the Parks Department is implementing several measures to make sure Herriman City does its part to help conserve our most precious resource. Below is a link to a map of the grass areas the City maintains. The City does its best to make sure its irrigation systems are water-efficient, but if you see a problem with a sprinkler in one of the identified areas (colored in green on the map), please call 801-446-5323 or fill out a Report An Issue form to help us solve the issue.
